The Company

Disha 2020 is an ambitious 5-year internal project of the renowned Shapoorji Pallonji Engineering & Construction group.

The Challenge

The ambitious Disha 2020 project will be instrumental in driving the growth of Shapoorji Pallonji Engineering & Construction over the next 5 years. So, it was important to get the key stakeholders, i.e., the employees, to completely align themselves with the targets and single mindedly focus on achieving them.

Our Idea

The project required that everyone be actively engaged with it on a regular basis so the vision of the project remained deeply etched in the team’s mind and reflected in the outcome. So, we suggested that a proper brand be created around the initiative. Keeping in mind the goal of the project, we aptly branded it ‘Disha 2020’.

Apart from suggesting the brand name of the initiative and designing its logo, we were involved in designing all the marketing collaterals for the event, viz., danglers, backdrop, standee, welcome standee, podium, leaflet, writing pad, tent card and pens, so people could connect with the brand.

The key message behind the Disha 2020 project will constantly be reinforced through various initiatives over the next 5 years, thus ensuring that the team is constantly aware of its goals and fully motivated to make it a success.

The Result

As a result of our efforts, the team has been able to connect with the initiative and embrace it as part of their day-to-day activities, thus ensuring the people associated with it don’t take their eyes off the end goal until the vision is realized.

They are all set and raring to go to make the vision behind Disha 2020 a reality and are constantly motivated by way of various initiatives as part of the brand.
