A company like SP Infra – with varied areas of interest and operations, followed by multiple teams across multiple geographies -is bound to face some challenges when it comes to maintaining brand consistency. One such specific area of concern was their marketing credentials presentation. As is the typical case with large companies, every team member makes a version of the presentation which dilutes the brand. Making the presentation in powerpoint gives flexibility to change but does not have the dynamism of Flash presentation (which are difficult to change).
