Hi, this is Vishaal Shah from Phi Creative Solutions , Instead of asking whether you should redesign your packaging the correct question you should be asking is that “Hey..Is my current packaging stopping the growth of my brand? Are the right kind of c onsumers picking up my brand or the product?Are the wrong kind of customers picking up my product or most importantly is the audience for whom the product that is this intended, Are they really consuming it? If the answer to the any of the question above is NO then you have to go for redesigning your packaging.
DIP Foods a client of ours was one of had a fantastic product for themselves and it was available in the MOM and POP stores, stand-alone retails stores. The aspiration was to be placed to the large format retail stores however when they approached the Big Daddy’s of this business they realised that their packaging was not great because they were not being picked up by the merchandisers and the store managers.
We at Phi took their entire packaging and had an understanding of the business they are into. From there, we started of by redesigning the logo and repositioning the product because repositioning my friends is very important for any brand and then we did a photoshoot for their products and we did a packaging. Today it gives me immense pleasure to say that DIP Foods is available across various large format retails stores not only in India but also in Middle East.
