The Company

Chhoriya Realty is a 30-year-old company in the core business of land development and construction – based out of Pune and executing projects in tier 2 and 3 towns of Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh.

The Challenge

With a rich legacy of projects, all focused on interior India, the company wanted to embark upon the journey of a better and more relevant identity for the company/group – which was critical for the next phase of their growth journey.

Our Idea

Offering gated communities and bringing metro level projects to aspirational Interior India was something at the core of the business. The positioning “Redefining Lifestyle Spaces” bought this to the fore. Also, we leveraged on the 30 plus years of legacy with the “Trusted Since 1987” mnemonic. The above arrived during the “Brand Strategy Workshop” carried out at their Pune office involving the founders and senior management team.

A redesigned corporate identity without straying too far from their original logo, a fresh set of print and digital collaterals and most importantly a new website became the centerpiece of their turnaround story.

A website that focussed on state-wise, district-wise and project-wise navigation facilitates the target audience to zero-in on the right project. Each project page was designed to become the landing page of any digital campaign.
