The Company

Part of the 150 year old iconic Shapoorji Pallonji (SP) Group, SP Infra was established in 1997 with focus on four major verticals: Power, Ports & Terminals, Transportation and Natural Resources.

The Challenge

A company like SP Infra – with varied areas of interest and operations, followed by multiple teams across multiple geographies -is bound to face some challenges when it comes to maintaining brand consistency. One such specific area of concern was their marketing credentials presentation. As is the typical case with large companies, every team member makes a version of the presentation which dilutes the brand. Making the presentation in powerpoint gives flexibility to change but does not have the dynamism of Flash presentation (which are difficult to change).

Our Idea

To tackle the above specific issue, Phi introduced the SP Infra team to the concept of using an emerging online platform for presentations – Prezi. Stepping away from the conventional PPT’s, Phi not only conceptualised the entire presentation on Prezi, but also created and executed the presentation in a unique way. The newly crafted presentation has a clear flow that creates a ‘wow’ effect with animations, strategic pauses and an interesting background score. It is interactive and engaging, that further adds to its impact.

The Result

The Prezi-based pitch of the company now became standardised. As the repeated to and fro of emails with heavy ppt’s in multiple versions went to nil.

The Admin of the deck would simply update it at their end, and everyone would get access to the latest version.
